As you may know, some banks are already taking steps to help customers limit or stop their gambling – but it is important that what they offer to customers is based on the lived experience of people affected by gambling.
As such, researchers at the University of Bristol would like to invite anyone (based in the UK) who has been personally affected by a gambling problem to take part in a survey about ‘gambling blocks’ and other ways that financial firms can help reduce gambling-related harm.
You can access the survey by clicking here.
It can be completed on mobile, tablet or computer and should take no more than 15 minutes. As a thank you, the University of Bristol will donate £100 to a charity nominated by one of the survey respondents, to be selected at random.
